I usually don't mind standing in line for something, you know, as long as the line isn't too long and it's something I want. However, I'm currently on hold, wating to talk to someone about uping my internet-speed to 100Mbit/sec, and it's driving me nuts. I've been on hold for 25 freaking minutes! Just answer the goddamned phone! Surely there can't be all that many who need to get in touch with you right now.
Also, please do add a option of talking to a handler directly without having to pretend I need tech support/talk about my latest bill/want to end my subscription.
