Weekend review:

Saturday:
- Cleaned the kitchen and put in the kitchen aid mixer from Hap's mommy. Then got very sentimental because it's very heavy and it reminded me of the mixer in my parent's resturant.
- Used the mixer to make a Jello poke cake. Cake did not turn out the way I remembered from my childhood but was tasty.
- We went to Claim Jumper for a late lunch. R had never been and was shocked at the 1/2 a cow they brought him for his ribs. I had my favorite. The honey, brie, chicken sandwhich. We had enough left overs for dinner.
- Went to the other mall and stopped at Old Navy. Old Navy does not really carry my size, well they say they carry my size but everything is the same shape and I'm not the shape of an XS person. But I bought a shirt I liked, and 2 more clearence shirts that I'm going to cut up for dolly clothing (knits with white and pink stripes, and black and white stripes). Bean also got a couple of dresses and really enjoyed herself trying them on. There were a couple of older 'girls' maybe in their 20's trying on dresses then checking themselves out in the mirror. And one of them looked amazing in this blue dress - she had a 'smoking bod' and pulled the style off really well. So I told her that it looked great on her, I hate that society teaches us not to compliment strangers. I wish it was more acceptable to pay someone a compliment and not have them think you are some weird perv. I don't think they took it that way - as I was obviously a mom. So Bean also started trying on dresses and checking and spinning around in front of the mirror like the older girls. Afterwards she told me it was so much fun - she didn't know shopping could be so fun. Yes I know I've just created a commercial monster.
- Came home and started to list on ebay.
- And watched Pretty Woman. OMG I used to watch that movie ALL the time in HS with my best friend. Watching it as an adult I don't understand how anyone could have liked the movie as much as we did. And it's such a horrible story. To find your richie-rich prince charming you have to be a hooker.

Sunday:
- Made the most awsome omlets this morning using a few tricks I learned from my daddy.
- After this post I'm going to finish listing on ebay.
- After ebay I'm going to sew.
