(no subject)
the last day and a half has been rough...cauz it turns out my sickness is the flu!! of course, i get it when im back for spring break..but that may be good cauz it'd be bad getting it at acp when all that crap is going on. so the night before last, i was up every hour of the night taking some form of medicine or blowing my nose...and thats when the stomach started to hurt...and didnt stop hurting until mindy came to pick me up to go to ksu yesterday morning. I felt really achy and stomach hurting during the whole tour which sucked real bad but dispite that, i had a good time cauz that campus is SO AWESOME!! they so much to offer there..i wish i was dorming there big time...but since im not i guess i'll just have to spend a lot of time on campus. their library is 9 stories tall...thats where i'll be doing all my hmwk i guess. their student center is so sweet...so much stuff there...they have actual RESTAURANTS in their cafeteria-A&W, Quiznos and other things. they have like 25 cafeterias on campus, some of which open 24 freakin hours....(ya know what im thinking...we have the fuckin Ho at acp). the thing i love the most about that school is the atmosphere. the people there seem really cool....everyone's different. some just like me, some preps, jocks but everyone was intermingling with each other-so different from high school. at acp, everyone seems to be the same for the most part...most uptight and focused on damn pharmacy school. at ksu, everyone has their different majors. i met christine's friend yesterday...she's an art major, i think. i ate w christine and mindy at lunchtime after mindy was done w classes and i was done w my tour and meetings. they even have a room in the basement of the student center that has a bar and a stage at which there is kareoke and stuff..and playin rock music...hahaha. man im just gushing here but i really really love that school and i cannot wait to start going there. i'll be showing my ksu spirit when i get back to albany...ive got the hoodie and sticker.
im feeling a lot better today i'll have to say. my throat is killing me but my stomach isnt hurting anymore. i slept for the most part well last night. i was gonna sleep at mary's last night but i wasnt feeling well so i came home. we're gonna reschedule it for tomorrow night or friday night..when im better.
dude this break is going way too fast..like it always does. but hey...6 weeks of classes and a week of exams and i know for sure that i am done with acp forever. i didnt know for sure before this break...it was still kind of unknown. its gonna be tough- there's so much being piled on us during that time-but im just gonna wing it, not kill myself with it, and im sure i can pull off a C in everything (except Chem....)
today...gonna recoperate from this damn flu and get yesterday and today's worth of work done since i was too busy/sick to do it yesterday!
