New diet/exercise plan.

breakfast - oj
brunch - bagel w/ cream cheese (will buy low fat/fat free today!) or creamcheese + mustard sandwich english muffin w/ cheese (must buy fat free or vegan cheese)
"school" lunch - chips (will buy healthy type alternative soon) ranch flavored rice cakes, juice (will buy better non high fructose-y juice soon), some kind of dessert (must find low fat/fat free alternative dessert strawberry cereal bars), sargento breadsticks w/ cheese (REALLY must find alternative to said snack...)
lunch - veg corndogs? french bread pizza (VERY BAD)
afternoon walk to post office/coffee place
afternoon snack - iced coffee (can't give these up)
dinner - err something healthy (was small salad w/ 80 cal. ranch dressing + half pita bread w/ roasted red pepper hummus and green tea. good!)
post work dance-out - 30 minutes?

yeah. i need to work on that, i realize. but it might work soon? someday, someday..

i missed my insomniac friend last night, only to later realized he had called. i was a very lonely night owl. gaaah. and now i'm just tired and cranky. heh.
