To Russia with much love and little language skills...
So coolest thing (to me): a friend from work told me that her church was looking for someone with Russian language skills... ok, so mine are rusty, but I asked what for. Apparently an older gentleman who only really speaks Russian is in a nursing home and can no longer come to church. They were wondering if someone who spoke at least some Russian could go speak to him. So I'm going to try. I told them, I at least have a Russian Bible I could read to him from. And some books in Russian. I said that as long as he is patient, we could figure things out. I'm very excited. I can't wait to go!
