Book Review: Baba Yaga's Daughter and Other Tales of the Old Races

I just finished reading The Baba Yaga’s Daughter by C.E. Murphy… it was divine.  I felt like I was in an old library, hidden in a corner with a small lamp, devouring a leather-bound book I found inconspicuously mixed in with the fiction when it should have been shelved with ‘fact’.  Like it was handwritten in script with ink and quill and the owner ( Read more... )

Wow, me too. I haven't logged in since March 2011. I haven't been laid off since Sep 2008, but I did get a new puppy a couple weeks ago, and an new car last month. Still haven't gotten around to getting a life...

I've been doing a lot of writing, though.

LOL We're living the same life almost... other than me barely writing. It's terrible. It's really hard to let myself do anything fun since my house still has messy areas from moving. I'm a little be OCD when it comes to that.
