Book Review: Lobo's Tale & Red's Tale
I was lucky enough to win a copy of the Fairy Taile Project they did over at Cats Curious Press!! It finally arrived today and so I consumed it as soon as I got home. :) (I mean, it's a Jim Hines book... one just can't let it waste away on a shelf!) It's great!!
I don't want to give too much of the story away, but they are (obviously) the stories of Little Red Ridinghood and the Wolf from each of their perspectives. Except these are the stories that you momma probably wouldn't have told you!! :) Sassy, unexpected, filled with lots of chuckles... a fun read I'll definitely dive into again and again.
I have to say too that the cover art is spot on. You can tell the artist read the story because she got the characters perfectly.
So go! Buy! Read!! :)
