Love be gentle in the night
Love be warm and increase at sight.
Love be constant - open sky.
Love be darkened by a cry.
Love be nimble in the wood
Love be as faithful as the figure in a black hood.
Love be cautious in a mirror.
Love be thoughtful of its fear.
Love be angry, throw a fit
Love be bloody as it is battered and hit.
Love be remorseful when it lies in shards.
Love must remember how useless the words were in those cards.
Love must remember all of the slander
Love must be warned of the sneaking gander.
Love must bleed when the war is lost.
Love must fight till the end when all is at cost.
Love must die slowly, the tick of a clock.
Love must leave a ripple as it breaks over a rock.
Love must lie still when the wind has died down.
Love must rest peaceful under the freshly dug mound.
Love be gentle, when alone in the night.
Love turn to cold when it decreases from sight.
Love be unpredictable under a hazy sky.
Love be remembered in the wind's whispered sigh.
