Earning only a handful of curious glances from the other Slytherins crowded around the common room, Melanie quietly slinked out of the portrait hole, tiptoeing her way up the corridor leading out of the dungeons. It took only a few uneventful minutes for her to reach the wall which hid the Room of Requirements and she couldn't suppress a smug grin

Zacharias entered shortly after. He looked around before taking off his dark robes, revealing khaki pants and a light pink dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up a bit.

"Nice," he said with a playful smile, sitting in the chair next to her.

[mel___]

"Mmhm," Melanie agreed with a smile, not bothering to sit up as Zacharias entered the room.

"Definitely better than the overcrowded common rooms. I don't know what they were thinking, stuffing everyone in there. It's not like it does anything to help at all."

[__zacharias]

"It's been a while since we've used this thing," he said with a laugh, looking over at the fire before getting up from his chair to go sit on the floor in front of it.

[mel___]

"Definitely too long. Poor room's been ignore," she said playfully. Melanie grabbed a blanket from the back of her chair and wrapped it around her shoulders before laying out on her stomach on the floor next to Riah.

"So how've you been lately? Haven't talked to you in a while."

[__zacharias]

"I've been well, how about you?" he asked, knocking his shoulder into hers playfully.

[mel___]

"Bored as hell," Mel replied with a roll of her eyes. "Nothing to complain about, though."

[__zacharias]

"So," he said slyly, "what do you feel like doing?"

[mel___]

"MmmmmI dunno," she said, casting a sideways glance in his direction. "What do you feel like doing?" she added teasingly.

[__zacharias]

He grinned.

"Oh. That," she said with a matching grin.

Their eyes met and he leaned in and kissed her.

"Merlin, it's been a long time."

[mel___]

"Too long," Melanie agreed with a nod. She had barely finished talking before leaning in and kissing him again.

A hand reached behind the back of her head to deepen their kiss. After a few moments he grew impatient and he gently rolled her over onto her back and climbed on top of her, kissing her again. He pressed his hips into hers.

There was one thing that was always nice about Riah, and it was that he was just as impatient as she was. As soon as he was on top of her, her hands traced the waistband of his pants, pushing up his shirt over his stomach.

Zacharias grinned at her. He used one hand to hold himself above her and the other to unbutton her pants. He had gotten quite good at it, too.

Melanie momentarily lifted her hips from the ground just long enough for him to pull her pants down a bit further. She pulled his shirt off with one swift movement and quickly moved her hands back down to undo his pants.
