A very kind Thor (2011) fan and translator by name of Anna (ssora on LJ) has translated my fanfic, "Paper Planes & Playground Games" into Russian. To say I'm thrilled is to severely understate the matter! I'm still reeling a bit from her first message asking to translate it, and to be honest, the whole thing is very dreamlike. To have something I've written, and particularly something I loved writing so much, translated into another language that more fans might read it is such an incredible honor (and one I'm not entirely certain I deserve!).
If you read Russian or if you're simply curious, you can read Anna's translation of "Paper Planes & Playground Games" in one of two places,
here at Anna's primary blog or
here at her livejournal.
The work she has put into this is both remarkable and very evident, and I am so, so grateful to her for all of it. My only regret is that I cannot read her translation; still, knowing it exists is more than enough to have brightened every day since she linked me to the finished translation. Please do check it out, and if you can read her translation and if you enjoy the work, please do take a moment to thank her for her work and credit her accordingly.
Thank you so much both to Anna and to all of you who have enjoyed this story. Thank you. ♥
