The Brother Update...
Dale had his post-chemo follow-up CT scan yesterday..
Tonight, after business hours, the doctor called the house, and told my family that "The CT Scan turned out Very Very Bad" and said he wanted to get Dale in for an appointment ASAP, and scheduled an appointment for Friday at 4:30.
What we know:
The cancer is back.
The doctor is spending the time between now and Friday doing "research" (The last time he said this, he was calling top-of-the field doctors nationwide for consultation)
Dale called me in tears, to let me know that 'It's not over"
We're now sitting here waiting for more information about just HOW serious things are, and probably won't know more until Friday.
