So, as it turns out, in Guild wars? When you join a guild it's not the character that joins the guild but the account. Whoops. In other words, I haven't heard from the guy who invited me, and was playing on my secondary character, got invited into a guild and thought "Why not?"

So. Huh. It's a guild. With a black and red cape with a rampant silver dragon! Who knew?

And I learned today that the level cap is only 20. Wow.
