I dropped my car alarm buzzer thingy, (no, that's not the technical name), in a puddle. I think I shorted it out. It was leaking water and the little green light was continually going on and off even when I wasn't pressing it. I wonder how much it's going to cost to replace it.
I am hoping once it dries out completely, maybe, cross my fingers, maybe it will work again. This isn't the first time I've dropped something electrical in a liquid. And once that puppy dried everything was cool. I pray this will be an outcome sequel. Man, I have to watch what I do.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, I was buying baby food for my cousin's kid and I didn't realize there were stages to it. Stage 1. Stage 2. Stage 3. I didn't have a clue on what to get. Logic took a hike and my imagination stepped in as what would happened if I bought the wrong food. Would the kid's teeth fall out if the food was too rough? Then I realized he doesn't have teeth yet. So, would the gums bleed? Heck, would the kid explode if I gave Stage 3 food if he was only a Stage 1?
I panicked and asked a near by mother for advice only to learn that Stages only meant the amount of food at each feeding. Oh, ok. After that, I went crazy. Man, have you looked at baby food today? While I am scrambling around scrounging for a decent meal only for me to end up eating microwavable burgers and lousy chips, the kid has the choice of lasagna in meat sauce or veal in gravy. I should start eating baby food! You lucky, lucky, kid.
