Friends Only. Comment to be added.

I'm pretty boring but if you like to talk about tv, we'll probably get along just fine.

I only noticed it when I saw an icon of hers that was done by lullaby-child, who's a friend of a friend of mine. And then noticed that she's been taking all manner of DA art without anyone's apparent sayso. I just contacted you first after I tracked down your account since your character seems to be a recurring theme she's taking.

I think that specific account has her commenting screened to friends-only, so you might not be able to confront her about this easily, should you want to ask her to take those down. However, if you're looking to approach her, you can try at this post she just made at a 4th-wall less comm, perhaps. ( http://community.livejournal.com/dear_mun/1061891.html ) Otherwise, emailing her via her LJ account could go too.

But yeah, art theft is something I don't condone and thought you should know. I'm only staying anonymous because this person is notorious in these roleplay circles as causing a whole lot of tantrums and drama. So yes; tread carefully if you want to approach her about taking down those icons.

I've already approached her about the situation and she took down the ones of my character but then reuploaded a few of them later. So I'm not sure what else I can do and I'm only able to speak for myself but I did mention that she should probably request permission from the artists before using their art (especially those that she's altered the colors and such...that's a few steps beyond simple art theift).

My character fits her character's description of red hair + grey eyes which explains why she has taken so many of my commissions. I've noticed she only takes the ones with no wings or where the wings are easily cropped out.

Anyway, thank you for the warning and the heads up again! It's very much appreciated.

So after you asked her to take them down, she just put them back up again? Wow, that's...something else. I'm really sorry about this; like I said, art theft is something that gets right on my case and to see it being done in such a weird, roundabout way bugs me real bad.

However, it is nice to see YOU being sane and rational about it all. Kudos on that. Again, I'm glad my warning was of some help. Oh, and Happy New Years!
