i'm convinced that as soon as you pass through the doors of a hospital, your appetite instantly vanishes. i didn't feel at all hungry the entire time i was there visiting my grandma. five hours passed since my first meal, and usually i can't go two hours without food. it's impossible to eat in there.
good god, spring break ends tomorrow. what kind of retarded institution gives its students a four-day vacation (two of those days being the weekend) after a grueling week of finals, thrusts them back into two days of classes, and declares cesar chavez day a holiday, giving them a three-day weekend? i've never even had a day off for that guy; why start now? whoever had that idea should be fired. and then fried. in hot oil.
