New Icons and a Very Merry Christmas
So, it's been a very interesting couple of days. Christmas has come and gone (with boxing day finishing up soon). I spent Christmas Eve how I hope to spend Christmas Eve for...the rest of my life I suppose...at my Grandparents house opening presents with my family (although thinking about it now, that really just is not possible but let's stop thinking about that shall we?) Marc was there and it was like...a perfect fit. He functioned like an adult and my family just loved him being there and if we flip it around I guess you can say the same about me with Marc's family *crosses fingers* because at least his mother and grandmother seem happy when I'm around and that's saying something. I spent Christmas Eve night with Marc and his family, watched them open presents Christmas morning (quite early in the morning but still) and then we all get dressed and piled our selves in the family van and drove off to Brick to spend Christmas Evening and Boxing Day morning with Marc's family. It was really fun but it's going to be nice to get back to my bed.
A highlighted gift run down:
-many assorted gift cards
-the new Stephen King short story book
-a Taber's medical dictionary
-a pretty necklace
-a green sweater
-2 huge bags of awesome pretzels
-pair of Jets pajammies (from Marc's parents)
-nice smelling body set from Bath and Body works (from Marc's grandparents)
-The Princess Bride (from Marc ^^,)
-so many socks that I will never run out!
I haven't gotten my presents from my Dad yet that happens Monday so this list may get added to soon. Overall, it's been a really good couple of days and very memorable first Christmas for Marc and I.
*fast forward to the present*
Marc dropped me off at home today and I got online to get myself updated on the online activities and sat down to reading my friends page on LJ and I ran across some icons in a community stalk (I would post If I could ever finish anything). It dawned on me that I need a it of an icon over hall if you will. So I made browsed around and found some nice ones. One for when I'm sad, one for when I'm happy with Marc or just feeling lovey, and one for when I think stuff is stupid. The one that's up now is cause it was a good Christmas and I'm feeling lovey (about Marc of course). I still have my default girl with scarf but I figured it was time for a little detail. Anyone have any good icons to share with me? I need a super happy (about non-Marc stuff) and a silly one.
Also, I plan on buying Saints Row 2 one of these days for my sad unused xbawk.
I'm out cause I'm done and I think your all bored with me. =p
