Umm. Good question. Probably whenever I think about them; the only reason I thought to review them today was because of the Journaleers Topic of the Month on habits. I couldn't remember if I had anything in my resolutions that involved habits. :D
Once a month is definitely good (and still regular). I look forward to hearing more about your progress. You obviously have a good idea of what works for you in terms of how you deal with goals.
