[While he would love to stay cooped up in his room, Jak is forcing himself to be more social, and besides, he needs to eat.

He hasn't even touched his plushie. He's got zero interest in soft toys, especially ones that look like Lightning Moles. He hates Lightning Moles.

He's also grumpy about the stupid glowing hearts following him everywhere. God damn it Redd.

Seeing Herz perks him up a little. The green haired kid is a good friend, and Jak doesn't mind the company of close friends.]

[Herz is sniffing his collar again--He doesn't smell it! He doesn't smell anything other than...shirt. And maybe some sweat and some sweat-stick. Neither had this affect on people before. It has to be the captain's--]

[Jak blinks. Something smells ... really good. And it's on Herz.

He steps closer and sniffs the air around Herz's shoulders, tilting his head slightly.]

[Jak takes a bigger step forward, reaching out a hand to take Herz's shoulder and keep him in place. He leans forward and nuzzles against Herz's cheek, snuffling around his ear.]

[For some reason, he's seeing Herz in a totally new light.]

[God that scent is irresistible, and Jak begins to bully Herz back up against the wall so he can press against him. A little part of his mind is questioning why his feelings for Herz changed so suddenly. Sure the guy's not unattractive, and they did drunkenly make out that one time -- not that Jak remembers it -- but he's never actually been with a guy before.]

[Jak's got his hands braced on the wall on both sides of Herz's head, and he takes in a deep breath, then sighs.]

You smell so good right now.

[He looks absolutely heartbroken, because...god, he's never needed mind altering magicks to find Jak intoxicating. He still wants him, even with his heart longing to be Keats.

There's two options here; he could use this, or run. Fight or flight.

He grabs Jak by the shoulders and tries to forcibly remove him.]
