January 11th Weigh-In

CW: 74.1 kg / 163.36 lbs. 
SW: 106 kg / 233 lbs.
TW: 46.7 kg / 103 lbs.

Food:  Breakfast - 40g/>3 tbsp All-Bran cereal (133), 100 ml non-fat milk (38), snack - coffee with splash milk (20), senbei (100), 2/3 school lunch - miso shiro, rice, kajiki (swordfish) fry, kochujan ae (~600), dinner - sushi: ika (33), hotate (46), aji (54), snack - Darjeeling tea (2), coffee with cream and sugar because it was bitter and gross (30)
Total calories:  1056

Work-out:  Just some dancing at the show we went to in Shibuya.

Deep Thoughts: 
(1) -70 pounds!  5 more and I can get my nails done lol. 
(2) BMI:  29.7  OMG!!  I'm no longer "obese"!!!!!!!!!!  I'm "overweight."  That is such a relief. 
Now, to get to "normal" I have to get down to 62.2 kg or 137.13 pounds.
