One metro stop up from where I'm living is a village that seems to have grown up in clusters in the middle of a wheat field. The patches are interspersed amongst huddled townhouses. It happens to be sunny today, which is extremely rare around here. The wheat (or whatever kind of grain it is) is still young, short, once green and turning gold.
If it weren't for the fact that wheat is really expensive, making it more likely that the farmers would be pissed at me, I'd want to run through one of the fields, spinning in circles and singing silly songs.
It's a beautiful day for it.
