A new LJ? Maybe?
So, the past year, I've been making f-cuts every few months. Why? Because I figured that there are so many people that have added me because of the posts I've made on communities, download links I've provided, and translations that I make. But I've told you guys already that that's really unnecessary to friend me for these purposes.
Another friend has told me that I really should be trying to keep my posts public...even keep my life public as...if I'm trying to do the things I want to do...get into the whole music scene, then really, I should be slowly trying open up my life anyways. So, yes. I want to hear your thoughts. My music will be posted there too...and
The thing is, I'm thinking that the era of meikimari is about to end. What does that mean? All of my music is under the name 'K-chan' (limwaiyee - Which, to those who don't know, is my Chinese name). Therefore, if everything goes the way I'm starting to plan it, this journal will still stay here, everything will stay in tact really. But, beta~ing work will still be under that name with a pretty much frozen account. Pretty much that means I won't be updating the LJ@meikimari anymore. And all my new blog posts about life, etc, will be placed at a new LJ@limwaiyee account.
The LJ@meikimari would still be used as the beta~ing name...and translator name, but LJ@limwaiyee would be...well, the person. The real person. But yes, I haven't actually gone through with any of this yet. So yes. Please tell me what you think? Thoughts are much appreciated. :D
EDIT: I just think it'd be an interesting idea. It's not like I'm actually mad at anyone, even if it may seem that way. But maybe my life needs to be separated from all my translating and downloads and what nots. It's either that...or maybe the fact of just making my music posts public? :D Simple as that?
