Hey everyone! Long time no post. I've been settling back in to college, which has thus far resulted in a marvelous boyfriend, and job which I would really like to start, and lots and lots of rain. Raaaaain. I do like rain, but trekking halfway across campus in pouring rain is not my favorite way to spend a morning. I'm done with classes for the day though! I would have been in English but it got canceled. So uh...more about classes under the cut I suppose!
French is my first class MWF, and thus far I'm pretty damn terrified haha. The professor is out of the country for a week, so we went to class on Monday basically to be given a syllabus and sent on our merry way. Today we had a sub, who I rather liked, but dear god I can't remember half of what I'd learned in 3 years of French. I'm sure I'll get back into it though.
Uh...my first English is next, I've got two this semester. This one was canceled today, which meant sitting around in a hall for 20 minutes before we figured that out. I'm not too keen on re-living Senior English, which seems to be the general plan, but that's alright.
Earth Science! I like my professor thus far. Sounds pretty basic, and I've already taken both Earth Science and Environmental Science in High School, so I thiiiink I should be okay haha.
My other English! Both of these are British lit classes, just different time periods. I'm really, really fond of this professor. And I like the later stuff better anyway, so I'm excited about this one.
And then I have an online course, History of the Native Americans, which I haven't done too much for thus far, but as long as I keep up with it I should be fine.
I'm off to read about pilgrims! Exciting!
