(no subject)
Squeaker is 4 weeks old tomorrow, and I just finished writing up the thank-you notes for gifts people sent us. *phew*
I have taken a shower today! (This makes me feel like I have accomplished something all by itself)
The laundry is done (even if it's still sitting on the kitchen table, at least it is folded neatly).
The catbox has been cleaned, and the trash taken out.
The only other things I have to do today are make phone calls -- we need quotes on installation of a sprinkler system. No way I am going to be able to go out and move the sprinkler around the yard like I've done the last two years.
Question: What is it about babies that, even though they've been burped and settled and there has been no spit-up for over an hour, the moment you put a clean piece of clothing on them, they spit up all over themselves?
