I decided that this is going to be a HS AU not a college AU (because I can only deal with one college AU at a time?) so I made him a jock instead of in a frat - IT'S ABOUT THE SAME THING, IN MY EXPERIENCE. So his teammates were bugging him about why doesn't he have a girlfriend and he should date one of the cheerleaders and seriously why doesn't he have a girlfriend and finally Eames is all I HAVE A BOYFRIEND AND HE'S AT A DIFFERENT SCHOOL and then his teammates were all :OOOO WE HAVE TO MEET HIM and Eames went "...Shit. Um, cute boy that always comes to the coffee shop on Wednesdays and Thursdays? Would you pretend to be my boyfriend?"

AND THEN THERE ARE SHENANIGANS. Because in this verse I think Arthur goes to a tiny private school and Eames goes to the big public school and then Eames shows up to pick Arthur up after school to, IDK, take him to practice or something, and he's riding a MOTORCYLE (I was reading the comment threads, shut up :<) and everyone watching is all :OOO WHO IS THIS HANDSOME REBEL THAT ARTHUR IS RIDING OFF WITH.

OH HELLO, THAT SOUNDS UTTERLY DELIGHTFUL. Oh my god, I'm so excited. I AM SO EXCITED. And of course at Arthur's tiny private school, he has uniforms! Which totally gives him an excuse to walk around in suits and ties despite being in high school. :D And Eames can wear whatever ridiculous things he would wear (whatever Tom Hardy would wear hahaha).
