(no subject)
Had some pretty shitty dreams last night. Walking Dead + Supernatural + the book I am reading about demons = NOT VERY HAPPY DREAMS. Although Sam and Dean did show up temporarily, so that was nice. However, they weren't there when I was running from zombies!!
And my dreams always take place at my old house. And I know why. It's because that house is still MY house. My heart has not left it yet. I don't think it ever will. So my dreams always take place there because that is what I consider home and where I feel the most comfortable.
Also, I am working on my Halloween costume. I am being Dib from Invader Zim for Halloween. I have all the stuff for it. Sure, I COULD do cosplay, but I feel like that's not being very fair to my friends. Plus since I always go to cons, I feel like people are already expecting it. Even if the Dib costume isn't as good, it's still something different.
Sooo I also got my hair cut. AGAIN. How short can I go? Well, I've decided that I don't want to re-dye my hair. I got it dyed two shades a lighter brown (almost red looking in the light sometimes). However, I am not THRILLED by the difference. And if I am going to pay more money to keep re-dying it, I want to LOVE it. And I don't. It's just ok. So I'm waiting for my natural hair color to return. In the mean time I took pictures of Jeremy Renner and Jensen Ackles to the salon and said "GIVE ME THIS". Andrea, my stylist, kept referring to the photos. She followed them to a T. So I love my hair now :) I really like Jensen and Jeremy's hair. Perfection really.
And that is all that is happening with me. Other than classes and work. The volunteers at work are starting to really piss me off. They took a cigarette break (they're all like, 15, 16, 17?) for 20 min and left me in a room of 20 kids, while I was taking 3 phone calls and hockey and basketball registrations. They came in after they were done and started playing pool with each other. I told my manager I was gonna start kicking heads in if they didn't shape up. Hopefully she'll talk with them tomorrow.
Thank God my boss likes me most of the time.
Now I am off to read my book. It was given to me by my friend Cassidy and it's about demon hunters. (haha I know) but it's good teen fiction. I'm slowly getting into it. The dialogue isn't half bad. I just have to remember the characters are high school kids.
