Originally the demo was mine, but after seeing “Wild 7” rushes, hyde changed not only the tune, but also the progress of chords and the introduction; once my original tune even disappeared. But eventually it was revived and it became a collaboration. (ken)

I was aware that the album would be filled with singles, and that most of them are uplifting songs, aren’t they? So, unlike them, I aimed at making a gloomy and adult song, but still catchy. I feel I spent the whole 2011 arranging this song. (hyde)

Announced during “15th L’Anniversary live”, “Are you ready? 2007 Light my fire again”, “TOUR 2007-2008 THEATER OF KISS”, a digest was included in live dvd “15th L’Anniversary Live”
Since I made it around 2005, I can’t remember clearly how and with what kind of image I made it, maybe I registered it while playing the guitar. The bass line was floating in my mind since the beginning. It makes me think of French pop. I like French pop. (tetsuya)

I made it because I was told to create a song during the solo tour. There was a tie-up with the movie “Fullmetal Alchemist: The Sacred Star of Milos”, so I wrote it trying to comply with other party’s wish for a song similar to “READY STEADY GO”. (tetsuya)

I think I adjusted a song, already existing since "KISS" time, as theme song for NHK Vancouver Olympics. Of course, it reminds of Olympics, but since I wanted it to be sung for a long time in future, I tried to create a song that could fit the moment of departure for a trip. (hyde)

I made it at “KISS” time. It was accepted this time as I had rearranged it a bit. At first ken-chan helped me in creating its shape, then eventually everybody changed its configuration a little bit. (yukihiro)

Since I had 2 songs with both good points, hyde-kun joined them together; then tetsuya-kun thought about the melody, ken-chan added guitar, and probably there’s nothing left of my original tune (laugh). (yukihiro)

Since the beginning I felt that the sound of glockenspiel and strings is pleasant. I made it with this feeling. When hyde emailed me the words, I thought they were too beautiful, so I replied something like: “Beautiful!!” (laugh). (ken)

I made this song long time ago. I think 5 years ago. It was used as opening song for TV show “Seirei no moribito” and with “NEXUS 4” was released as a double A side single. Personally, I’ d put it in the album between “DRINK IT DOWN” and “wild flower”. (tetsuya)

Back in 2007, when I was told there would be a tie-up with “Kidō Senshi Gundam Double O”, I thought: “ It’s perfect for it!”, but since we were asked for a heavy song, because of the heavy story, we decided for “DAYBREAK’S BELL”. If wasn’t for the heavy story, it would have been perfect for Gundam. (tetsuya)

I have the impression I made it with harp or glockenspiel at first. I feel the point in lyrics is the idea of “21th century after its start”, not the idea of talking about 21th century in 20th century. This is really cool, I think. (ken)

I wonder about the singles' number... why NEXUS 4 and SHINE have different numbers? Why they didn't take into consideration re-release of HURRY XMAS?
