Toothache

Argh! I had really bad toothache for the past couple of days and so yesterday I went to make an emergency appointment at the dentists and when I go there, he x-rayed the tooth, made that really irritating noise that all medical professionals make, you know the one, where they suck in air between their teeth then make a noise like they are really enjoying a good piece of toffee before it rips out their filling... Anyways, he made that noise and before I knew it, he had made me lie back in the chair, had pumped it higher (this is beginning to sound more and more like a first person mills and boons...) and had started giving me a root filling (or root canal to all those Americans out there)...

So anyway, I am no longer in pain with my tooth... but where I had the injections (of which he gave me two) it is all bruised, so my cheeks and gums really hurt... Bleh. I can feel I am going to be cranky at work, so if you live in carlisle and want to go to the cinema... not the best of ideas... or at least don't piss me off because I may just rip your throats out.
