Cleanse???

So i have been thinking these past few days, Once my friend iain is gone (hes coming for a visit soon) I want to mabey try doing a cleanse of some sort. My friend laura said i should try a liver cleanse cause yes i drink a fair amount (in conjunction with this im goin ease up on the drinking as this past month its been excessive).

But i know nothing about them. How much does it cost? what do they intale? where can i go to get it? ect ect ect......
any help is greatly appreciated.
