I spend the MONEIS!!!!!
So I took yesterday as a vacation day, needed that bad. I proceeded to spend a shit ton of money...but all on awesome crap.
First I went to Petco, I decided that I am really bad at cleaning Joel's Litter box, My house always smells and I don't know how the poor guy puts up with it. So I decided to bite the bullet and buy him one of those new fangled machines, that is a litter box that cleans it self. I ended up getting a great bargin, They had the ones that do it all automatically for $160 (on sale)!!! and then they had ones, that you have to push a button to start, but that's all....and it was only $60 on sale...that was far less than I expected to pay, and decided I can be troubled to push the button.
Next order of business...IKEA. That place is always dangerous. wanted a new TV stand entertainment center thing...but didn't see any I liked. But I did get a new coffee table.
On the way home I saw a best buy...and feeling like I hadn't blown my entire saving in one day yet, decided to go in there and just browse. First thing I saw was the second season of Carnival for $50, it's normally $80. Grabed that and then I saw it. The TV stand/entertainment center that I had basically pictured in my mind...Open box...$40. So came out of Best buy $100 poorer...but I now have a much better looking Living room.
Along with that, I just got comcast installed today....All their freaking one time fees are killing me, but Norwood's cable company was just awful. Internet was slow, No on demand or anyting, and the "Basic" channels that I can get in other rooms, there were like 5 of them.
That being said, I thin I have spent my October free cash, and it's not October yet. But my apartment looks better...and smells better (as does the cat)
