~ went to the following places: CN tour, canadas wonderland, niagra falls, niagra on the lake, Lyndoch, oakville, many parks, much music, a stellar restaurant the marche's, several other places and stores of course...too many to list...too boring at that
~ did the following things: hugged spongebob!, rode a train for the first time, went out east for the first time, took lots of pictures, climed a tree in a city park, got told that a tree that i was sitting was where "people make pee pee there!" (different park), got a picture taken with ed the sock, went on maid of the mist (up close and personal with the falls), wore huge red wax lips through out the town (there was 6 of us..it was great), rode the subways lots...walked even more, stayed with my aunt adn uncle for a few days whom i havne't seen in soo long, had dinner at my cousins and meet her husband and baby for the first time, ate california rolls that came with roe in it...(sushi is gross in toronto.i had to scoop the eggs out), while walking made the stament "OH it's an ontario (lisence) plate!"
~ baught the following: red high top convers (finally!), a pink three quarter shirt that comes off the shoulders with whtie tangtop thing underneath, spongebob shirt, spongebob mug, spongebob hangingthing (i know i'm a loser), a brown shirt with palm trees on it, sandles, 5 worlds tallest pencils from Cn tour...more like worlds most expensive pencils(for me little ones...nephews and nieces)
~ read the following: the Bible..this was rad, i really struggle with this at home and i was hoping i do this more in TO..and I did and God totally blessed that time ...now to keep it up here. a book called "passing samaria" , and a book called "the amethyst heart" i like both...last one kinda cheesy in some ways..like the cover but hey ...there is that stupid saying...dont' judge a book by it's cover....which i always do, i mean if the book is good enough to read..make the cover cool.
~ discovered the following: I love starbucks strawberry creme frappe thing...oh my goodness...yummy, i really like citys but couldnt' live there, BC really is much nicer than ontario, in general people are happier in BC than toronto, people in the city on average way 7% less than those in the suburbs (because they walk everywhere), i think i can get along with pretty much anyone, i want dreads (oh wait i realised that here ..today), my grandpa was blind in one eye and was missing a toe (so odd), once 7yr old boy went over naigra falls in only a bathing suit and lived, I love the counting crows, that you can't take anythign sharp or a nail file on the plane...yet they give you a pin,
~ things I missed: my family, all my friends, my church, my DOGS, my cats ( i didn't even recognise Pixel!), my bed (oooh a month on a futone), being able to just throw my towel in the laundary, having a yard, sleeping in a room not a living room/dinning room/bedroom/office, breathing clean air, the mountains, the internet...........................really i just missed these "things" now when i realise i didn't have them there.
~ Things God taught me: BE STILL. READ the BIBLE. He is in control he really is, the Spirit and Christ are praying on my behalf when my words fail me, peace is attainable when you rest in Him . . . there is a lot here...i've written a lot down (not in this journal but me real one that i can tuck away) and at this late hour the rest is unable to be put in words.
OH GEEZ! some overview...and this is just the tip of the iceberg...i didn't tell you i met avril lavengne and sung with her on stage or how I met the love of my life or how I witnessed to everyone i met and how they finally became aware of the God that loves them......ok ok non of those things happened, i wish......well not meeting avril, hahah i went to timmy hoes rather than going to see her but yeah anyways i had a blast in TO and I really could say a bunch more but feel that i've rambled enough!
CHEERS.......wow i haven't said that since i left. *sigh* it's good to be home.
