so...
spain awaits me in two days.
im pretty nervous/excited/scared/thrilled. so, yep. this whole studying abroad bit should be interesting. its going to be the longest 'awayfromhomeallbymyselfinaforeigncountry' trip ive experienced, but im definately glad to have a breather from the constant nagging at home and experience something where its just going to be me on my own figuring stuff out until i get to know the people there. its also going to be a pretty long flight.. which is weird to think how long you are going to be with no land or stable substance beneath you. not that im afraid of flying, i just find that interesting. im anxious to meet my host family and californian roommate.
i cant even get out a good post of what im feeling because its just so jittery. oh well. my goals are to check out some awesome food, awesome music, go surfing, get a nice tan, and see what life is like over there. see you in three weeks.
