Forget an angel, bring me a Doctor
I love Doctor Who.
The show's beginnings were so humble. A shoestring budget, used and re-used video tapes (no one has a FULL Doctor Who collection because the first episodes were recorded over), little persons on a visible tricycle pushing cardboard Daleks around...
But the show has always had heart. Heart was all it had to go on until Christopher Ecclestion debuted as the Doctor. SFX added to the experience, but it'd still be cool without them.

I'm only just getting to know the newest Doctor, since there's a Who marathon on BBCA. I suppose I like him. Rory and Amy are two of the coolest companions ever. Turlough from the Fifth Doctor seasons has a soft spot in my heart. heh.
How many of us have thought "Oh, I wish I could have a TARDIS/be a companion!"?
