My brother got his license today. It's pretty rad to, like, the tenth degree. He took me out to get coffee and then I was on "cop watch" as we sped around some backroads of town. Yeah, he has a Porsche(an '87 so people don't think my family's rich, because I can assure you, we are far from it) for all of you that don't actually know me.
Yeah, Porsche + 17-year-old boy = not a good idea
Oh wellz, it's fun, even though he's insane and I'm terrified that I'm going to die, because he's, like, texting his friends as he's going 60 in a 35 zone. But he said, "It's not retarded, because retarded would result in you being dead". He also told me that on a really curvy road next to the reservoir he and his friend were literally sideways in the bushes while there was on coming traffic. But whatever, it's a ride right? It's cool to just hang out with my brother, I wish I could be as cool as him.
Sooo, today I might be hanging out with Maddi and I'm super excited because she is the reason I'm still alive and I never get to see her. So that should be fun, if it happens.
Oh and I've realized that I really like tampons, because I find them hilarious. I was reading the little thing about TSS that comes in the box and it made me smile, because they keep saying "flow". LOL. You'd think they'd be using more scientific words, but no, they chose to use "flow".
Q. Can I wear a tampon when I go to the bathroom?
A. Yes. Tampons are not affected by going to the bathroom. They do not need to be removed because they are worn in the vagina.
I don't know why, but that last part makes me laugh. It's like tampons are a pair of socks, you wear the in your vagina. LOL. Oh yeah, and it says that the "reported risks are higher for women under 30 years of age and teenage girls". So basically they are trying to say everyone that hasn't go through menopause..nice. LOL, Sorry, ha.
I'll leave you with this little piece of advice straight off the little TSS sheet...
You should select the minimum absorbency needed to control your flow to reduce the risk of developing TSS
