Well I figured out why my stomach and intestines have been wreaking havoc on me the past week.
I used yogurt that had been expired for 2 weeks in my smoothie.
Even better, it was that probiotic kind that's supposed to make your system more "regular".
Needless to say, I dumped all 5 remaining containers in the garbage. And will be drinking a ton of water for the next couple of days to flush whatever's left of it out of my system.
