Christmas Countdown

Alright the countdown to Christmas is ON! And what am I thinking about? BOXING DAY of course! The pathetic equivalent to the US Black Friday, but in a country where "blowout sale" is usually equivalent to at most 25% off. But I do plan on making a few stops downtown-I'm eyeing cashmere sweaters at Holt Renfrew (discounted last year from $200+

I'm always stuck far away from good shopping at my parents house during all the sales :( I hope you get some fun things.

Haha we have a fake tree now (we had a real tree up until last year) so I went out and cut some branches off a tree in our yard and put them in a vase to have some tree smell.

David tried to help me assemble it and it ended in a fit of giggles (there's these small round c-shaped "furry" pieces that fit around the wood stick to cover it-but David just tossed them in between the branches and stated "they're not working")."

I lol'd lots because my mother and I went through the same thing last week, except we were replacing the old one and making fun of it while putting up the fancy new one (which has SNOW TIPS!!! yes). We are loving the snow out West, it makes us feel like we are back in Montreal, etc again. Merry Christmas!
