happy "not a mommy day" to me!
Am now officially the only member of my family without kids. April won't technically be a step-mom until August, but it's close enough that I'm the only one not getting a card for mother's day. Am *I* upset about not being a mom? NO WAY!!! It's just tedious hearing all the comments about being the only single person in the family when we all get together. (I think they're all a little jealous that I'm still free and don't have anyone to answer to but myself!) Anyway, I told them today that they better watch out. If they keep on pushing me to have kids, that can be arrranged. I just can't promise a daddy to go along with it!
