Today I attended day one of a two day workshop on digital storytelling. I am so slow, and I can't find the images I want to tell the story. It's very frustrating.
I also went to a teacher meeting about a tentative agreement for a contract. We worked last year under the terms of our expired contract. We'll vote on this one by July 12. It's nice to be at this point. Our previous stagnation had us to the point of picketing and attending every board meeting.
We already have a lot of work to do for the fall since we are moving to a trimester system, so it would be nice to not have to worry about our contract, too. Actually, it's not the whole contract. It's just salary and health insurance.
We'll probably have to sign letters of agreement for the changes caused by the trimester transformation.
