Thankful Thoughts

THE GRATITUDE CHALLENGE

Oprah does it, the Dalai Lama does it, perhaps your neighbor does it and I'd like to challenge you to do it, too. I'm referring to living a life of gratitude. It may sound like a big and overwhelming task but with little steps and two minutes a day, you can begin living a gratitude-driven life in no time.

The Gratitude Challenge requires two minutes a day, where you quiet the noise and offer up your gratitude. This simple act of intentionally thinking about who and what we are grateful changes the way we look at life. It reminds us:
  • Of the positive things in our lives
  • To turn negatives into positives
  • Of what's important
  • To thank others

So, during this Thanksgiving season I ask that you let your gratitude seep past the last Thursday in November and pour into the whole year.
