Preseason's over! YAY!
Well, I'm finally done with the week from hell. Got back to school on Sunday and moved in. Practice didn't start til wednesday, but we were kept busy with community service and speakers. Preseason went pretty well except for I got pretty sick for two days. That really sucked. I've decided that I'm cursed for preseason because last year I pulled my groin the first day and this year I was sick. Lets see what next year holds, eh?
Bri and I got a bunk bed for our room. Her parents drove her car here all the way from Utah so they spent a few days hanging out here. They're so nice and her dad is wicked funny. He was extremely amused by my thick Boston accent and I even taught him how to speak a little Bostonian XD So the bunks came yesterday and were relatively easy to put together. Bri's parents also bought a house a mile from campus that they're gonna rent out, so next year we'll be living off campus...*happy dance*
I had chemistry class this morning. My old roommate Meghan is in the class with me and we felt very old and stupid being in there with the freshman. But, there are other sophomores there too so we don't feel as bad. Hopefully this time around I'll understand chemistry. Well, gotta go to ecology now and I have ecology lab after that, then soccer practice. Hopefully it'll be a nice light practice becuase we have a scrimmage tomorrow.
