Breakfast
- Almond Energy Blast (see previous post)

Lunch
- Cannellini Bean Salad (see Monday's post)
- iced coffee (sweetened with Splenda) - can you see how I am dealing with managing my sweet tooth?... oh dear!
Snack
- Sugar Free gum
- String cheese (not at the same time as the gum, obviously)
Dinner
- Cod with Chermoula; made with cilantro, cumin, olive oil, lemon juice and baked on cod
- Mixed veggies (carrots, peas, green beans, corn)
- water
Cheats (oops!)
- Honey & Oat Granola Bar
- Goldfish crackers
Exercise
- 30 minute walk around the block with Audrey in stroller :)
Tomorrow we take Audrey to DISNEYLAND!!! I'll try my best to stick to the diet but we shall see....
