Day 1: Operation "Bye Bye Baby Fat"

Food:

Breakfast
- scrambled eggs; made from real eggs, mixed with fat free cheddar cheese, oregano, & thyme
- Coffee, sweetened with Splenda

Lunch
- 2 lettuce wrap sandwiches; made with light Ken's Blue Cheese salad dressing (only 1g of sugar!), lean ham slice, avocado slices, red leaf lettuce
-Carrot Sticks
-Water

Snack
- fat free cottage cheese

Dinner
- baked chicken with artichokes; made with chicken breast, red onion, artichokes (quartered from jar), olive oil, lemon, thyme, oregano
- cannellini bean salad; made with cannellini beans, cucumber, red pepper, olive oil, raspberry vinegar (should be red wine vinegar but I was all out), minced onion, oregano
- water

CHEATS! oops!
- small slice of mango
- goldfish crackers
- honey & oat granola bar
- rainbow sorbet

Exercise:

-Leisurely walks since Audrey was my companion! We walked at the park, the mall, and twice around the block :)

I really like having this journal to post what I eat. I hope it will keep me accountable to stick to my diet. Now I just need to bump up the exercise! More later!
