Cousin Cuteness!
We just got back from a weekend in Encinitas visiting my parents. My brother, Jim, his wife, Cassie, and their adorable 6 month old son/my nephew, Jackson, came too!
We did a lot of fun things just at the house. Gramsy had a bunch of fun toys for the kids to play with, including a Winnie the Pooh walking toy, which Audrey really got the hang of and enjoyed a lot during the course of our visit! There were also two swings and an inflatable pool for the kids to enjoy.
We took one trip to the beach on Saturday. It was super crowded so we didn't stay long. This was Audrey's first time at the beach! We helped her stick her toes in the waves but she stood frozen like a flamingo the whole time - haha! She had the most fun on the beach playground. She liked swinging and going on the bouncy dolphin toy, which she was able to bounce on all by herself!
We also took a trip to the local lagoon, which makes for a nice walk through nature. Audrey liked saying "hi" to all the dogs that passed by going for walks. She also liked pointing and tracking the birds that flew by.
