Well, on to other things, that widget is not the be all and end all of existence after all!
The purpose of this or any of my blogs is to talk about my writing and sometimes about my life, so to share the exciting news.
In July I have two new releases coming out.
"The Heart Divided"
This is an historical novel set in Queensland, Australia during the 1860s gold rush and tells the story of Abbie, a former prostitute, now in a marriage of convenience to Robert, who needed a wife to get a job as a station manager. It is a tempestuous relationship at the best of times but is made even more so when Emlyn, a jealous former client tracks Abbie down.
This leads to a violent encounter between Robert and Emlyn who is killed in the process.
With Robert on the run after killing Emlyn, Abbie is alone, her life in turmoil and finds herself increasingly attracted to the policeman who hunts her husband.
A rich tale of love, betrayal and sacrifice, set against the unforgiving Australian landscape, "The Heart Divided" is my debut novel coming from

"The Keeper"

Set in England in 1772, The Keeper is the tale of Thomas Williams, a cobbler’s apprentice who is on his way out for the evening when he is abducted. Bundled into a carriage and whisked away from the staid life he has known, with his Quaker master and dame, Thomas is sold into the household of enigmatic Frenchman, Léon Chambellan who is also called "The Keeper."
Caught up in the latent sensuality of the keeper's home, Thomas's resistance slowly crumbles and he submits to Chambellan's charm, but he has a rival for Chambellan's affections in Alex, a member of the household appointed to act as Thomas's groom. Thomas must learn survive in a world completely alien to anything he has known before. A world of beauty, brutality, rivalry and intrigue that threatens to destroy him before he can win his rightful place at Chambellan’s side.
