How embarrassing, it seems I was here before and just... forgot all about it until just the other day! How funny, I wonder how that sort of thing happens to a person. But, it seems like a lot has happened. Flute's friend is here with her now, that must be a good thing, well for company sake at least ( Read more... )

She's your-- oh. OH! She mentioned you before! She said you had been here before, but disappeared. Oh, now your post makes sense.

Does she know you're here again?

Yes! Actually... she reminded me I was here before! I still feel bad I forgot.

You forgot? ...Well, at least it wasn't permanent! And I'm sure Flute's very happy to have you back!

Oh, where are my manners. My name is Garnet. It's very nice to meet you... um...

I'm sorry, she... didn't tell me your name.

I'm very glad to be back as well!

Lute, my name is Lute. It's a pleasure to meet you Garnet.

Lute. Alright. My, your names are very similar... I don't mean to be rude, but, goodness, it really does seem common for people and places in your world to be named for musical things, isn't it. Raiel was so adamant about it.

I guess? I never really noticed, our mother's name is Horn as well. Then there's Clari, and his sister.... What a funny coincidence!

And cities with names like Sforzando, and Score...

It's strange, but, I think it's nice. Certainly there are worse things to have as a naming convention. Food, for example... I don't know if anyone would like it if their kingdoms had names like Stew, and Tart, or their children named Cobler or Roast...

Oh, listen to me, I'm just rammbling now. What I mean to say is, it's strange, but at least they are named for something beautiful!

I don't know, food could work and be fun if it were fruits or desserts, like Apricot, or Tiramisu.

It's okay! I don't mind rambling at all.

(OOC: I just had to reference Sorcerer Hunters.... u.u;;)

Hm. Yes, I suppose you're right, those don't sound quite as strange. I guess it would not be so bad to be named something like Apple, or Peach.

(ooc: Hahaha that's awesome.)

It would be sort of nice, I mean, peaches are tasty, and nice looking. They smell nice, and their blossoms are really pretty.

Yes, that's very true. Cherry, or Lime might not be such bad names either.

Even so, I think music is a much more elegant theme.

They would make nice girl names.

Perhaps, I also think gems are nice, for names as well.

Really? I had always thought so... but Raiel says my name is weird.

It's not weird! It's really pretty! The stone is a really nice stone, I'm sure you're also a pretty girl. It's a good name.
