Cannonball gathers the last of the information they need from Cable's giant computer. The last bit of warming up is being done, uniforms being put on, guns and swords being cleaned and fitted.

They move away from the door when Nate enters the room, beckoning his young team around him.They nod as Cable tells them the plan, listening intently as if he held all the secrets in the world.
Shatterstar accepts a tight hug from Rictor, pressing a kiss on the top of his head. Sage tells Pyro not to do anything stupid and if he gets himself killed she's telling their twins he was an idiot and she doesn't morn him a bit. John blows her a kiss and tips her a wink.
Caliban, Julio and Tessa watch them go and then Caliban bounds off, saying something about a game. Tessa touches Julio's hand and turns him away from the door their ragtag family left through with a soft smile that he knows is all his and they follow Caliban as he shouts excitedly for them to follow.
