what are the most important aspects to you when choosing a place to live?
(proximity to school/downtown/grocery store, whether there are laundry facilities on site, if they're free or coin operated, cost of rent, utilities included, size of room, size of bathroom, newness of building, kitchen, family room, yard, porch etc etc)
