long time no talk...
So here I am again. Let's update on the life. I can't seem to sleep past 6 am anymore. It's rather annoying. I just start getting restless. And occsionally.. I can fall back asleep for a couple more hours... But most days I can't... Like today.. It sucks. Because I am still tireD!
The plans have changed so that I will be going to UT Houston Nursing school downtown in the Medical Center. I start August 28. I am a lil nervous. But they seem to have orientation thingies. Chris is still moving to Erie. And yes, we are staying together. I will fly up 1-2x a month depending on my schedule. It will be fine. Then when I finish Nursing school I will go work wherever he is located at that time. (Hopefully he will come back to Texas)
The kitties are doing well. Depending on where Chris decides to live, they may go live in Erie while I'm in Nursing school. Maddy is huge now.
Annie, the horsie, has also grown up into a big ol girl (her 4th birthday is June 1). She did her first show back in May. We have started taking lessons every once in a while from this trainer in the Kemah area named Kathy O'Connor. She seems very good. She takes note of everything, from the small stuff up. Like checking your horse over when she meets it to make a full horse evaluation. Rather than just starting a lesson. I very much respect a trainer that makes sure the horse is fit for the job before just sending a rider out there.
I really need a job. Stupid hospital lady called ME to tell ME that the job I applied for earlier this year had another opening. But yet, she was supposed to make her decision on Friday... and I haven't heard from her... So since SHe contacted ME about the job opening, I figured I'd have the job... But no??... Maybe I need to go apply for a job somewhere else. Ugh.
