what's the verdict already?

I worked out hardcore today. My poor legs are very weak.

Chris agreed to call Melissa and talk to her for me, since I don't think that I will get the kitten if he doesn't talk to her.

I don't see why the declawing is such an issue. I know all the negative possibilities that may happen to certain kitties: nerve damage, peeing outside the litter box, tendon problems, etc. And that is the main reason I don't want to do it now.. Because of the "what if" factor... But, none the less, if the kitty is a nuissance with her claws and terrorizes everything for years to come and all training and scratching posts don't work... I don't want to deal with it. I'd like to try everything else before getting her declawed.. But if it doesn't work... Yeah, she probably will get her claws taken out.

The lady said that kitties always go through a stage where there claws will be out a lot, but most adults keep their claws retracted unless they're scratching to stretch, or fighting.

I think Chris is also worried that my kitty will beat his up since his doesn't have claws. That would piss me off too because I love Lucky so much. There are a lot of what if's to this whole thing. It's really starting to get annoying.

Basically, we will deal with problems as they arise.
