(no subject)
My job is boring..but oh wait. Every time I post in here I say that. Nothing new there.
So Friday was another typically boring day...except me and Erin headed out west in the afternoon and picked chamomile for a bit and then spent our coffee break sitting on the rocks at mulhurst bay with our feet in the lake...and then we had some ice cream. I mean really how could u ask for anything more perfect...i wish i could spend every day chilling out on the beach...ahh..
Anywho...after work I headed up to edmonton...went to KDays for a bit and watched some Thornley...then went to the Druid. I like that bar....
So umm I was already feeling it before we even got there and then I started doing shots and well..y'know how that goes. There was this one shot that tasted HORRIBLE at first but then had this awesome after taste of like a crispy crunch chocolate bar. So the aftertaste was worth it but man oh man did that inital shock hurt....and i actually thought I was going to get through the night without having anything creepy happening...i kind of stuck around garratt and his friends the whole night because i've noticed when you're a girl and you're walking through a bar by yourself things can get sketchy..
This one guy started talking to me...which was fine whatever..he had an Edmonton Eskimos hat on so i was talking about that but then he started getting realy creepy...like its hard to explain but i was getting a weird vibe from him so I made some stupid excuse and ran away and found garratt...and then we pretty much left after that...and walked home the 14 blocks in the pouring rain..funny thing is i was so drunk i didn't even notice how wet i was until i saw myself in the mirror when we got back and i realized how much i resembled a drowned rat..haha..good times
And then i worked today....and it was actually ok..i didn't let anything get to me...because I don't give a shit anymore...that place isn't my problem anymore...just 1 more month and i can move on...oooo except we're getting an army bus of 150 tomorrow...which is AWESOME..i love all the army men..i've already claimed front counter..or maybe i'll get to do lobby...LOL
