Fucking neglectfull ASSBAGS!!
So today we watched the little ones for my brother. It's not just for them. I love my nephews and I get a kids fix for a couple of days. So we took them for a walk down to the playground. Went on the swings and down the slide. We were on our way back to the house when we passed a house just down the street that has always been a pit. The yard is crappy and there are a number of junky cars and appliances strewn about. They have a small caged in area up against the house with 3 puglike doggies inside it. There is a small doghouse dome inside as well. Everytime I have passed by this house in the past month or so, the dogs have been inside. I never really thought anything about it but today I took a closer look. They have no food, no water. They look rather skinny to me especially being pug-like. I'm not sure if I should react to this or call someone to go investigate. I feel like it couldn't hurt if someone at least went over there to check it out. It wouldn't surprise me that these dogs could have been locked in this cage with virtually no food and water for at least a couple of days and that they could have been treated sub par for at least a couple of months judging from the ribby look they put off. Does anybody have any ideas or numbers I might be able to call? I dont want to do nothing but I'm not sure exactly what to do.
